We need to talk about road pricing

Join Centre for Cities, experts and industry voices for a short presentation on road pricing in practice around the world followed by a panel discussion on the benefits and drawbacks to road pricing and the future of road pricing in UK cities.

Event starts at 13:00 - 14:00 on 30 May 2024

More recently, UK cities from Bath to Glasgow have introduced their own road pricing initiatives aimed at improving air quality, resulting in a patchwork of schemes across the country. And, as the share of electric vehicles continues to increase, there is a need to discuss the future role of road pricing policy both in air quality and emissions reduction and as a potential revenue source.
