THE UK’s highest and lowest salaried towns have been revealed.
Aberdeen was the highest paid city in Scotland in 2015, an annual report has found. Despite the oil-price slump hitting the Granite City hard, its workers still enjoy some of the highest salaries in the country, earning on average £617 per week.
The findings come from the Cities Outlook 2016 study, which revealed mixed economic results for post-crash Britain.
