How should local transport and housing policies be geared towards meeting the target and what support do mayors and city leaders need from the Government?

Confirmed speakers:

  • Susan Brown, Leader, Oxford City Council
  • Neil Evans, Director of Resources, Leeds City Council
  • Valentine Quinio, Analyst, Centre for Cities
  • Ian Stuart, CEO, HSBC UK

It will be chaired by Andrew Carter, Chief Executive at Centre for Cities.
