13th May marked 100 days since the publication of the long-awaited Levelling Up White Paper which set out how the Government intends to rebalance the economic geography of the UK and priority policy areas for achieving this. At the time, we analysed the effectiveness of the White Paper in terms of the strategy, metrics, funding and timescales set out, but what has really been achieved in the 3 months since the paper’s publication?
