We are delighted to be partnering with Marketing Liverpool at our reception to welcome the Labour Party Conference to the vibrant city of Liverpool.
From May 2017, Liverpool City Region will be one of the English city regions with a new directly elected mayor providing strong accountable leadership across the whole metropolitan area. This reception will be an opportunity to hear from senior Labour party speakers about what this change means for Liverpool and the UK as a whole, as well as its implications for Labour policy given so many of these cities already have Labour leaders.
Attendees will hear from Clive Betts MP, Chair of the CLG Select Committee and Mayor of Liverpool Joe Anderson
