City Reception: Welcome to Manchester

Join Centre for Cities for its annual reception to welcome the Conservative Party Conference to the vibrant city of Manchester.

In the first year of a new Parliament, this high level reception will be an opportunity to hear about the big steps taken by Manchester and the Conservative government to secure bold devolution deals to transform the picture of power across the whole country.
