A former urban planner and market strategist, Rosemary is currently an International Director at JLL where she runs their Global Research Programmes.
In the last ten years she has concentrated on city futures and real estate having launched the firm’s flagship Cities Research Programme in 2004. The programme concentrates on work to define the next generation of ‘rising urban stars’ and new trends and opportunities within cities and the nature of competition between them. Her analysis has covered many cities in emerging markets, in particular in China, India and MENA; as well as urban futures in North America and Europe and, more recently, Sub-Saharan Africa. She uses the work with leading corporates, developers and investors on their global strategies and expansion plans.
