Maurice joined Centre for Cities in October 2023 and bring experience across policy, campaigns and data analytics to his role as Economic Research Intern. Maurice previously worked as the Parliamentary Officer for Sustrans, a sustainable transport charity. He also worked on a number of campaigns around topics ranging from cancer care to electric vehicles. Maurice developed his data analytics skills whilst working at Microsoft. Originally from Germany, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Henley Business School, University of Reading. Maurice also holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from King’s College London, where his dissertation focused on lobbying coalitions in the EU.
