Lizzy joined the Centre for Cities as an intern in June 2019. She is interested in integrated, systems-thinking approaches to urban issues, particularly related to transportation, digital infrastructure, and business ecosystems.

Lizzy is a current MSc Local Economic Development postgraduate at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her dissertation examines the employment and output effects of broadband expansion programmes under the 2009 American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

Lizzy holds a BA in Economics and a BFA in Dance from the University of Texas at Austin.
