Kieran Larkin was an Analyst at Centre for Cities. Before moving to the Centre in February 2008, Kieran worked as a policy officer for the Social Enterprise Coalition, where he specialised in access to finance.
He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Politics from the University of Sheffield.
