Jess joined the Centre for Cities in March 2023 as Policy and Public Affairs Manager.

Previously she worked at BECG, a sector specialist communications consultancy for the built environment. Prior to this she worked at public affairs agency Connect Communications.

Jess holds a B.A in History and Sociology from the University of Warwick, where her dissertation focused on the re-use of urban space by migrant communities.
