Francisco was an Intern at Centre for Cities from July to November 2014.
Francisco worked for four years as a researcher in the Public Policy Centre of the Universidad Catolica de Chile, where he was the coordinator of the relationship between the University and the municipality of La Florida (the second largest Municipality in Chile). This relationship lead to more than 100 projects executed by professors and students. He was also in charge of several studies regarding local governments and decentralisation.
Fransisco holds a MSc in Social Research Methods from The London School of Economics a BA in Political Science and a BA in Literature and Linguistics from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.
