Anthony graduated with a BA in Economics and Politics, and later an MA in Global Political Economy, both from the University of Sussex. In between these he served two internships: one with the Council for Healthcare Regulatory Excellence, a body set up to oversee the nine healthcare regulators, and the other with the Open Rights Group, concerned with human rights and freedom of speech in the digital age. His main areas of interest are poverty and inequality.
