Zach holds an MSc in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics, and his research examined the geographic landscape of cultural industries.
Prior to his MSc, he performed economic evaluations of US Federal programmes for an international non-profit research organisation, focusing on cost-benefit, cost-effectiveness and public financing studies. Zach also holds a BBA in Economics and Marketing from The University of Georgia.
