In the face of recession can the Treasury safeguard the future of the City and ensure the revival of our regional cities? This post Budget breakfast will debate whether the 2009 Budget will deliver the additional resources needed by Britain's cities in tough times. How can national and city government help protect businesses and jobs during the recession - and continue to invest in local infrastructure and support growth sectors?
