Kieran's research at the Centre has focused on (city) regional governance structures and public sector financing. He has also worked on partner city reports on Liverpool and York.
Previous work
Before moving to Centre for Cities in February 2008, Kieran worked as a policy officer for the Social Enterprise Coalition, where he specialised in access to finance.
He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Politics from the University of Sheffield.
