Rally for real reform now

To start a debate on ‘Real Reform Now' going in the Labour Party, Progress is bringing together a number of key campaigners to put forward their ideas for constitutional reform which Labour should embrace before the next election or in its election manifesto.
The event will consist of seven short presentations outlining seven ideas for constitutional reform, followed by discussion and debate from the audience.

- Devolving power to local government (Chris Leslie)
- State funding of political parties (Matthew Taylor)
- A referendum on electoral reform (Stephen Twigg)
- Reform of Parliament (Guy Lodge)
- Directly elected mayors (Dermot Finch)
