Cities: the secret of a winning destination

On the first day of the conference, Malcolm Cooper will join Neil Peterson, Liverpool Culture Company, and Councillor Andrew Waller, Leader, York City Council, for a workshop discussion entitled Punching above your weight: cities that compete on a global scale.
