They provide quality homes in a clean, safe, green environment with a good well planned infrastructure - Easy access to transport; Well performing educational establishments; Health care facilities; Pleasant public places; Wide range of jobs and training opportunities - They are inclusive environmentally sensitive communities that respect the needs of the wider community, recognise indiviuals' rights and responsibilities and provide good services for all. The key to creating this neighbourhood utopia is getting the balance right between safeguarding the countryside and ensuring we build communities that people want to live and work in.
